The nuclear plant of Chernobyl is in the Ukraine, to 18 km to the Northwest of the city of
Chernóbil, to 16 km of the border between the Ukraine and Bielorrusia and to 110 km to the N of the capital of the Ukraine, Kíev. The plant had four reactors with capacity to produce 1,000 MW of power each one. In August of 1986 to the 1:23, 4 hours after beginning one experiment, some in the control room, began to realize of which something walked bad. When they wanted to lower the control rods again, these did not respond because possibly already they were deformed by the heat and they disconnected them to allow them to fall by gravity. Forts were heard noises and then an explosion caused by the formation of a hydrogen cloud took place within the nucleus, that made fly the 100 ceiling of t of the reactor causing a fire in the plant and a gigantic fission product emission to the atmosphere.
